GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE ONLINE ADMISSION

NOTE: ONLINE ADMISSION PORTAL WILL BE ACTIVE FROM MARCH 20,2025.

You must have the following documents with you at the time of applying for online admission.

A recent colour photograph of the candidate (Size less than 20kb with a dimension of 150x200)

Valid email ID for communication

Credit/Debit card or Net Banking for online payment. The online registration form will only be accepted upon successful online payment of the registration fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION

 It should be noted that the age of the candidate should match with the following age criteria given below for different classes.

a. Play School – Candidates should complete 3 years of age on or before 31st May 2025

b. L.K.G – Candidates should complete 4 years of age on or before 31st May 2025

 The incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.

 Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parents’ names and date of birth correctly) as per the birth  certificate of the candidate.

 The present address must be correct for sending the call letter of admission.

 Editing is not permitted after submitting the form.

 If your application form is successfully submitted, the system will generate an Acknowledgement receipt with the application number, a user id and a password for viewing and printing your form. You must use it in all further correspondence.

 Take a printout of the Acknowledgement receipt and keep with the applicant as this will be required for further admission processes.

 The following documents need to be submitted physically at the school for completing the online registration process:-

1. Self attested printout of the registration form.

2. Passport size photograph of the child.

3. Self attested copy of the original birth certificate of the child.

4. Copy of the progress report from the previous school (not applicable for Play School)

 Online registration fee is Rs. 500/-. Registration fee is not refundable.

 The management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons to any particular candidate. 

      The selection process is designed by a committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the management.

 This registration does not guarantee admission to the candidate. Admission will be decided on the basis of the eligibility (An Aptitude Test will be conducted for the candidates for classes UKG to X based on the syllabus of his/her preceding class), seat availability and norms of the management and concerned boards.

 The date of Aptitude Test will be informed later via email Id / contact number mentioned while registering for the admission.

 The students who secured admission by passing the aptitude test should submit the Transfer certificate, Conduct Certificate and the Report card of last exam attended.
